    Sign up with your email and password, then complete one onboarding form covering your discipline, seniority, sector and destination preference.

  2. Step 2

    Upload your CV

    PDF, DOC or DOCX. Your file is stored in a private vault and is only ever visible to the SELECT team at PROPELLIX.

  3. Step 3

    Choose your tier

    Stay in the standard talent pool for free, or go Priority to be actively marketed to licensed sponsor employers.

  4. Step 4

    Track everything

    Your dashboard holds your live status, messages from the SELECT desk and every document shared with you.

What actually happens to your file

The work behind a Priority campaign, stage by stage.

Stage 1

Positioning review

We rewrite how your experience reads to a sponsor employer - job architecture, seniority language, regulated qualifications and salary banding for the target market.

Stage 2

Sponsor mapping

Your file is mapped against licensed sponsor registers and our employer network in each region, filtered by discipline, salary threshold and visa route eligibility.

Stage 3

Active submission

Priority profiles are submitted directly to hiring desks and retained-search contacts, then chased. Free profiles are never submitted.

Stage 4

Interview readiness

Scheduling across time zones, competency and technical prep, salary and relocation package negotiation guidance.

Stage 5

Offer and compliance

Offer review, Certificate of Sponsorship / permit paperwork coordination and document collection tracked in your vault.

Stage 6

Landing support

Optional add-on after your offer is finalised - visa filing coordination, dependants, flights, housing leads and first-week logistics.
