Both Priority plans are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once an order is placed it cannot be reversed, paused or transferred.

Turnaround & top-ups

Priority campaigns run for the full plan duration you purchase - 1 month or 3 months of active marketing across the four regional desks. Running out of days? Top up one month at a time for £299 and your campaign continues without a break.

Fee structure

The £499 and £999 Priority fees are file processing and campaign fees. They are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Success fee tranches

Balance fees are payable upon CV selection, interview clearance and offer rollout, in tranches. These vary by role and country and are communicated over email. The total across all tranches will never exceed two months of your agreed salary.
